Policies and Information
Monthly Tuition
- Flat rate of $200 billed on the 1st of each month
- Registration and materials fee of $75 charged each semester (August and January), or upon initial registration
Tuition includes:
- 1 music class per week
- Welcome kit (bag, books, headphones, supplemental materials)
- At-home practice resources
- Lesson materials (books, supplemental repertoire, educational apps)
- Recital costs
- Text and email support between lessons
- Monthly card processing fee
- Studio management software
- Instrument maintenance
Our monthly tuition takes the number of lessons throughout the school year and divides the cost into monthly installments. Monthly tuition is independent of the number of weekly lessons in a given month. You pay the same monthly fee for a month with three lessons, four lessons, or five lessons. Based on the total number of lessons per school year, each lesson comes out to around $50.
*August and June are prorated to $100.
**We do not hold classes on Labor Day or Memorial Day. Students that attend music on Mondays receive $50 off each of those months.
Attendance Policies
Please indicate your child's absence BEFORE the start of their class time in order to receive a makeup credit. Late absence notifications will result in forfeiting a makeup credit.
We offer 8 makeup lessons per student, per year. Makeup credits are not offered for days when the studio is closed. Check our Yearly Class Calendar below to see when the studio is open. Makeup credits may be used before a scheduled absence.
You will forfeit any unused makeup credits on the last day of the 2nd semester, or upon subscription cancellation.

Referral Discount
Do you know someone who would enjoy our program? If you refer someone and they join, we offer you AND your referral $50 off one month's tuition. All they have to do is mention your name at their free trial and we will automatically apply the discount to your account. The best part? Referral discounts are unlimited from now through the end of the year!
Location and Drop-Off/Pick-Up
We are located in-home in the tree section of Manhattan Beach. Detailed information on location, as well as drop-off and pick-up procedures, will be sent upon registration.
Cancellation:
If you are interested in cancelling your enrollment, you must notify us by the 15th of the previous month.
Upon cancellation, you forfeit your child’s weekly class day/time, as well as any unused makeup credits. There are no refunds for late cancellations.
