How to Indicate an Absence
1. Login to your account: https://mbpianolab.opus1.io/login.
2. In the "Upcoming Schedule" section, find the class your child will miss.
3. Click the blue "Cancel" button.
4. Click the red "Continue with Cancellation" button.
5. You now have a makeup credit on your account.
***Note: You must indicate your child's absence before the start time of the class to be issued a makeup credit.
How to Schedule a Makeup Class
1. Login to your account: https://mbpianolab.opus1.io/login.
2. In the "Credits" section, find the credit you wish to use.
3. Click the blue "Use" button
4. Select the makeup class time and date and click the green "book" button in the lower righthand corner.
5. Agree to the terms and conditions and click the green "book" button.
6. Your makeup class is now scheduled.
